Zad International is a brand-owning holding group. All content, concept architectures, culinary frameworks, logos, and trademarks displayed on this platform—including but not limited to The Roasted, Machboos, Shay, Tandoor Republic, and Coffee Bar—are the exclusive intellectual property of Zad International United LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, replication, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement

02. Purpose of Digital Infrastructure

This platform serves as a corporate gateway for qualified master franchise evaluations, supply chain vendor submissions, and talent acquisition. It is not intended for consumer retail transactions or unauthorized commercial advisory use

03. Institutional Submissions and Inquiries

All information submitted through our Franchise, Supplier, or Careers portals must be factual and verifiable. The submission of an inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement, partnership, or operational contract until formally executed by Zad International’s Board of Directors

04. Operational Continuity and Modifications

Zad International reserves the right to modify, update, or restructure this digital platform and its Terms of Service at any time without prior notice, in alignment with our systemic growth and governance policies

05. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any corporate interactions resulting from the use of this platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muscat
